District Commissioner, Chirang felicitated Shri Surander Kumar, IPS, ADGP (V & AC), Assam and Superintendents of Police of Darang, Sonitpur, Biswanath, Lakhimpur and Udalguri districts at the conference hall of the DC's office, Chirang on the occasion of cluster meeting conference of Superintendents of Police, Bongaigaon.

An awareness meeting on Cyber Crime and Cyber Security was held on 21/07/2023 in the conference hall of the DC's office, Chirang under the chairmanship of Shri P. Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Chirang . Superintendent of Police, Chirang, ADCs Chirang, Election Officer, Chirang and official from all Head of the departments of Chirang district were present in the meeting. Presentation was given by DIO, NIC Chirang.

77th Independence Day, 2023 celebrated by the District Administration, Chirang in a befitting manner at District Parade Ground, Kajalgaon.
